Listing rules

These rules keep the directory trustworthy for clients and fair for readers. They form part of our Terms.

Who can be listed

You are 18 or over and offer the service yourself, under your own name or your professional name.
Your main photo shows you. Other photos may show your space, tools or work.
Links go to your own website, booking page, social profiles or platforms where you work.
You keep a link back to the directory on your own website or a public profile you control.

Promises of guaranteed results, for example guaranteeing that a partner will return or that an illness will be cured.
Medical, psychological, legal or financial claims, diagnoses or instructions to stop treatment.
Messages that frighten clients into paying, such as telling them they are cursed or in danger unless they buy more services.
Adult or sexual content, hateful or discriminatory content, or content aimed at people under 18.
Other people's personal data, or photos and text you do not have the rights to.
False information about your experience, qualifications or location.

Do not review yourself, write reviews for competitors, or offer anything in return for a review.
You may tell clients they can leave a review, as long as you do not ask only happy clients or tell them what to write.
You may reply once to each review. Keep replies about your service, stay courteous, and never reveal anything a client shared in a reading.
If you believe a review is fake, challenge it from your private page and tell us why. The reviewer then has 14 days to send us details of the reading, or the review is removed. Please don't challenge reviews just because they are critical.

Confirm that you are still practising from your private page: monthly on Basic, quarterly on Standard and Premium. Unconfirmed listings are paused.
Keep your private page link to yourself. Anyone who has it can manage your listing. If you think someone else has it, email us and we'll issue a new one.
Keep your time zone and working hours up to date. Clients use them to see who is working now.
Need a rest? Pause your listing yourself from your private page, and come back with one click.
Tell us if you change how you work. Changes go up on the next upload day.
