1. Who we are
The Directory of Professional Psychics ("the directory", "we", "us") at 1111tarot.com is published by Tinge World, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42040806, VAT number NL005472582B40, Poortland 66, 1046 BD Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Email: sunnyjshores@sunnyjtarot.com.
2. What the directory is
The directory lists independent psychics, mediums, tarot readers, astrologers and related practitioners ("readers") so that visitors can find and contact them. We do not provide readings, we are not a party to any agreement between a visitor and a reader, and we do not handle payments for readings. Readers are self-employed and are not our employees or agents.
We confirm activity, not ability. We do not test, grade, certify or vet readers' abilities. The only thing we check is that a listed reader confirms, once a quarter, that they are still practising. Whether a reader is right for you is your own judgement. A listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee of a reader's skill, results or conduct. Readings are a spiritual service. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and never replace a qualified professional. No reader can guarantee an outcome.
You must be 18 or over to contact readers through the directory, write reviews or apply for a listing.
3. Listings
Basic listing (free): name, one photo, a short bio of up to 300 characters, contact details shown behind a button, one link shown as plain text (not clickable), and the specialties, location, languages, time zone, working hours and ways of working you choose.
Standard listing: €18.00 per quarter, excluding VAT. Everything in Basic, with your link made clickable.
Premium listing: €50.00 per quarter, excluding VAT. Everything in Standard, plus up to four clickable links, five photos, one embedded YouTube or Vimeo video, a text area of up to 800 characters and a second text area of up to 1,200 characters.
We may change prices for future quarters. A change never affects a quarter you have already paid for.
Link back: every listed reader must keep a link to the directory on their own website or on a public profile they control, and tell us which page it is on. We check websites automatically and other pages by hand. If the link is removed and not restored after we ask, we may remove the listing.
Working hours: readers set their own time zone and usual hours. "Working now" means the current time falls within the hours the reader gave us; it does not guarantee the reader is available.
Order of listings: all listings are shown together, whatever their tier. Founding members are listed first, in the order they joined. After them, readers with the longest unbroken record of confirmations come first, then by average review rating, then the most recently listed. There is no bidding for position: founding places are a fixed number, given once, and cannot be bought after they are filled. Apart from that, a paid listing changes what is on the reader's page, not where they appear, and we take no commission on readings.
Founding members: the first 50 Standard listings and the first 50 Premium listings whose payment we receive are founding members. A place is taken when the payment reaches our bank account, not when it is sent or invoiced, so allow for your bank's processing time. Places are given in the order payments are received, by Amsterdam time (CET). If two payments arrive on the same day and the time cannot be established, the earlier application comes first. A founding member carries a founding member mark and is listed first, in the order members joined, for as long as their paid listing stays current. A founding member may pause their listing and keep their place; on returning, the paid listing must be current within 14 days. If a paid quarter ends and payment for the next quarter is not received within 14 days, the founding place ends and cannot be regained. We may, at our discretion, give a founding place beyond these numbers.
Free first year: the first 50 Standard listings applied for with the free first year are free of charge for 12 months from the day they are published. They do not carry the founding member mark. We email you before the year ends. If you then continue as a paying Standard or Premium listing while founding places remain, you become a founding member when your first payment is received. If you do not continue, your listing carries on as a free Basic listing.
4. Upload days, payment and renewal
Listings are published on announced upload days, the 8th, 18th and 28th of each month. The cut-off for each upload is 00:00 CET on the 3rd, 13th and 23rd. Applications or payments received after a cut-off go into the next upload.
Free listings, and Standard listings taken with a free first year, are published after approval. Other Standard and Premium listings are published only after payment has been received. Invoices are issued by Tinge World and are payable by card through the pay link on the invoice, or by Zelle.
Prices exclude VAT. Dutch VAT at 21% is added for customers in the Netherlands and for private customers in other EU countries. Business customers in other EU countries that provide a valid VAT number are invoiced without Dutch VAT under the reverse-charge rule; we may check the number in the EU VIES system. Customers outside the EU are invoiced without Dutch VAT. You are responsible for giving correct billing and VAT details.
Confirming you are still practising: each listed reader receives a private link to their own page, which they must keep to themselves. From it, Basic listings confirm once every 30 days and Standard and Premium listings once every 90 days that they are still practising. We email a reminder before each confirmation is due. If a confirmation is more than 7 days late (14 days for paid listings), the listing is paused and hidden from the directory until the reader confirms again, and the unbroken record starts again. Readers may also pause their own listing at any time. The record ("Confirmed active since …") is shown on the listing. We confirm activity only; we do not verify identity, qualifications or ability.
A Standard or Premium listing runs for 90 days from the day it is published. Because burnout and change are common in this field, renewal is quarterly so that we can confirm the information is still current. We will email you before your profile ends. If you do not renew, your listing continues as a free Basic listing; the extra photos, links, text and video are hidden but kept, and return when you renew. You may ask us to remove your listing at any time.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you order a paid listing as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the order without giving a reason. Email us to withdraw. If you withdraw before your profile is published, we refund what you paid within 14 days. If you asked us to publish your profile within the withdrawal period, you lose the right of withdrawal once it has been published, because the service has then been fully provided for that quarter. Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the text, photos and links you send. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display them on the directory, in search results and in promotion of the directory for as long as your listing is shown. You confirm you have the rights to everything you send and that it is accurate. We may resize photos and correct obvious typing errors; we do not change the meaning of your words without asking.
We may refuse an application, or edit, pause or remove a listing that breaks our listing rules, the law, or these terms. If a paid listing is removed for a serious breach, the current quarter is not refunded.
7. Reviews
Any visitor may review any listed reader. Reviews must describe the reviewer's own genuine experience. Readers may not review themselves, ask others to write reviews for them in exchange for anything, or review competitors.
Every review is read by us before it is published. We publish positive and negative reviews alike and do not edit them, except to remove personal data or content that breaks these terms. We do not check whether a reviewer actually had a reading. Readers cannot pay to remove, hide or reorder reviews. We may remove reviews that are false, abusive, discriminatory, contain personal data, or are about something other than the reader's service. A reader who believes a review breaks these rules may email us.
Challenging a review: a reader who believes a review is not genuine may challenge it from their private page, giving their reasons. The review is hidden while it is checked. We email the reviewer and ask for details that support the review, such as when the reading took place and how it was booked and paid. Those details are seen only by us, never by the reader. If the reviewer does not provide them within 14 days, or refuses, the review is removed. If the reviewer provides them, we decide whether to keep or remove the review. If a reader can show that a review is fake, we will consider removing it straight away. We tell the reader the outcome.
Every listed reader, including Basic listings, can be reviewed and may publish one reply to each review, shown under it. Replies are read by us before they appear and follow the same rules as reviews; a reply must never reveal anything a client shared in a reading.
The reviewer's name is shown; their email address is never shown.
8. Contacting readers
Any arrangement you make with a reader (price, time, method, refunds) is between you and that reader. Check their terms before you book or pay. If something goes wrong, contact the reader first; if you believe a listing is misleading or a reader has broken our rules, email us and we will look into it.
9. Liability
We take care to keep the directory accurate but cannot guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from a reading, from contact with a reader, or from relying on a listing. Our total liability to a listed reader is limited to the amount paid for the current quarter. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top; for paid listings, changes take effect at your next renewal. These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
